The International Festival of Fine Arts – Color Art, organized by the Goleniowski House of Culture, invites children and young people aged 6 to 17 to participate in an international art competition.
Under the motto “Recipe for Happiness”, participants are invited to submit drawings, paintings, and graphic works that express what happiness means and how it can be increased – inspired by everyday life, friendships, family, nature, music, dreams, or the desire for peace.
Since 1990, the festival has promoted the artistic creativity of young people from around the world. Its aim is to make the diverse forms of visual expression by children and youth visible and to support them.
The festival is held under the patronage of the Polish UNESCO Committee and other renowned institutions.

Painting (drawing, painting, flat mixed media) – formats A3-A1
Graphics (linocut, monotype) – formats A4-A2
Prizes
Award-winning participants, together with one accompanying person, will be invited to the festival finale in May 2026.

Multi-day artistic workshops on the Baltic coast in Miedzywodzie
Presentation of works at an exhibition
Publication in the official festival catalog
Material prizes and certificates
