PaletRang is an online museum for poster designers that provides the opportunity to register and share artistic works. Graphic designers and artists can publish their works on the PaletRang website within their own dedicated online museum, allowing their posters to be viewed by a wide and diverse audience. By creating this online museum, PaletRang aims to help designers gain greater visibility and present their work more professionally.

As a designer, you can now join PaletRang free of charge and begin publishing your works. To ensure optimal website performance and to protect the privacy of artists and users, PaletRang has established specific terms and conditions, which are outlined below.

Terms and Conditions of the PaletRang Website

Registration and membership on the PaletRang website constitute full acceptance of all rules and regulations stated in this section. Please read each rule carefully before registering.

1. All posters shared by designers must be original works created by the designers themselves. In the event that a poster is identified as a copy, PaletRang reserves the right to remove it without prior notice.
2. All published posters must comply with applicable laws and general regulations.
3. Once a poster is published, it cannot be edited or removed. Please ensure your decision before submitting your work.
4. By registering and publishing works on PaletRang, you grant permission for your posters to be used on affiliated websites and social media platforms. Written consent will be obtained from artists in the event of physical exhibitions.
5. Including phone numbers, email addresses, or any other direct contact information in the biography section is strictly prohibited.
6. The phone number and email address provided during registration will remain confidential and will not be published.
7. During registration, personal information such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and other required details may be requested for account activation, service provision, and communication purposes. Designers are required to provide accurate and complete information.
8. Submitted posters are initially reviewed by the PaletRang jury. Approved works will be published, and rejected submissions are not subject to appeal. PaletRang reserves the right to approve or reject some or all of an artist’s works.
9. To display and publish works, a minimum of five or six approved posters is required. If the number of approved works falls below this threshold, PaletRang may suspend the user profile and prevent further display of the artist’s works.
10. There is no limitation on the number of works a designer may submit or publish.
11. PaletRang is a platform dedicated to introducing artists and imposes no age or educational restrictions for registration.
12. The PaletRang website is an independent platform managed by the PaletRang Studio and its director.
13. PaletRang may periodically update or modify its terms and conditions. In such cases, users will be notified via email and website announcements. Users are responsible for maintaining an active and accessible email address in their account.
14. PaletRang continuously strives to maintain website security and prevent unauthorized access to user data through reasonable security measures and updated technologies.
15. Users are strongly advised not to share their account passwords with any third party.
16. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and account credentials. PaletRang bears no responsibility for personal data voluntarily disclosed by users to others. User data will be retained for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.
